1. Terms of Purchase
1.1 User Registration
You are not required to register to make purchases on De Kiska, but doing so allows you to access your order history and manage your data more easily.
By registering, you accept our Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1.2 Shipping and Delivery Times
We ship both nationally and internationally.
Shipping costs include secure packaging, transport, and applicable taxes.
Free shipping to:
Spain and Portugal: On orders over €1.
International and Canary Islands: On orders over €1.
Estimated delivery time is 5 business days within Spain and varies by international destination. During high-demand periods, delivery times may be affected.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will notify you by email.
1.3 Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard)
PayPal
Bizum
All transactions are secure and processed through certified platforms.
1.4 Purchase Process
Select your products and add them to your cart.
Enter your shipping and billing information.
Choose your payment method and confirm the purchase.
You will receive an email with the order confirmation.
2. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
2.1 Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
2.2 Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
2.3 How to Request a Return
Email us at drops@dekiska.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.4 Refunds
Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned product and can be made via:
Same payment method used at checkout
Bank transfer
Gift card (no expiration date and no return fee, valid for future purchases)
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Customized or made-to-order products
Opened or tampered items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons
4. Product Warranty
All products carry a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, contact us at drops@dekiska.com and we will let you know how to proceed.
5. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
This contract is governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, both parties may turn to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence within Spanish territory.
